Joe Goldberger 

President and CEO Joe Goldberger started as President and CEO of Interrad Medical in January 2005 and has utilized his leadership and management experience to bring financing, key advisors, and personnel into the company. Prior to Interrad Medical, Joe had 20 years of business experience at GFI, a privately held food manufacturing company. Joe attended the University of Minnesota, focusing his studies in the areas of business and political science.

Jeff Killion

Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Jeff Killion has over 25 years of experience in the medical industry, most recently as Vice President of Marketing at Velocimed (acquired by St. Jude Medical). Previously, Jeff was Group Marketing Manager for the Taxus drug-eluting stent at Boston Scientific.  Prior to that Jeff, worked for Baxter Healthcare.  Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Laura Krick 

Vice President, Clinical and Market Development Laura Krick brings over 15 years of experience in education and medical device commercialization strategy.  Prior to joining Interrad Medical in 2016, Laura worked for Teleflex in their Vascular Access Division. She is active in several medical organizations including the Society of Critical Care Medicine, Infusion Nursing Society and the Association of Vascular Access.  She served on the Association of Vascular Access Scientific Meeting Design Team in 2014 and 2016. Laura has a Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College, and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business with concentrations in International Business and Marketing. 

Scott Baker

Director of Market and Clinical Development - EMEA Scott has over 18 years of experience in the medical device industry. Previously, he spent 10 years with Teleflex Arrow and this experience brings us added insight and expertise within the vascular access market.  Scott works with our distributor groups to drive SecurAcath sales growth in Europe and expand into new international market opportunities. Scott will also work closely with international Key Opinion Leaders and SecurAcath customers to develop channels for new business. Scott studied at the University of South Wales and has a First-class honours degree (BA) in Business Management. He is based at our European headquarters in the Life Sciences Hub in Wales.

Sew-Wah Tay, PhD

Vice President Regulatory Sew-Wah Tay has a broad background in the areas of design, materials, quality, clinical, and regulatory. Her most recent position was VP Regulatory and Clinical Affairs for American Medical Systems. Prior to that she was VP of Regulatory and Clinical at Velocimed until it was acquired by St. Jude Medical. Sew-Wah has a BS from Universiti Pertanian Malaysia, and a MS in Chemical Engineering and PhD in Biomaterials from MIT.

Kenneth Symington, MD

Medical Director Dr. Symington has 30 years of experience as board certified diagnostic and interventional radiologist. His practice, Inland Imaging in Spokane Washington, is a highly sub-specialized group of 55 radiologists with 7 interventional radiologists. He has been specializing in venous access methods and devices for the past 21 years and is the Director of Venous Access for Providence Health Eastern Division Washington State. Ken is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Vascular Access. He has presented at several national and international meetings on various interventional radiology and vascular access topics and created the “Sweet-Spot” catheter tip assessment method.

Nancy Ness, CPA

Chief Financial Officer Nancy Ness has served as acting CFO at a number of well-known medical device start-ups including Velocimed (acquired by St. Jude), Anulex Technologies, Kspine, CVRx, Coaxia, Lumen Biomedical and Hemosphere (formerly GRAFTcath). Nancy received her BA in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Certified Public Accountant license in 1984.
