This simple, yet revolutionary, device can hold percutaneous catheters securely in place without sutures or adhesives. The SecurAcath device is now experiencing rapid growth globally.

Board of Directors
Mr. Kaysen has more than 25 years of executive management and Board of Directors experience in the medical products and services industry. Mr. Kaysen served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Uroplasty Inc. from 2006 to 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Kaysen served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Allegro Biodiesel Corporation (formerly, Diametrics Medical Inc.) and Compex Technologies Inc. (formerly, Rehabilicare Inc.). Previous experience includes management roles at Emeritus Corp., Lectec/NDM Corporation, Surgidyne Inc., and Redline Healthcare. Mr. Kaysen also served in various general management positions with American Hospital Supply Corporation. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
Martin joined the Excalibur Group London in early 2011 after a 25-year career in the capital markets, as an investment banker for several major banks and also as an investor in medical and other sectors, having run investment and trading businesses, private equity portfolios and hedge funds with assets in excess of $8bn, in the UK, USA, Ireland, Canada and China. Most recently he was responsible for senior level strategic relationships with some of the world’s largest Sovereign Wealth Funds, advising on direct investment in South America, Africa, and the emerging countries of Asia for a major bank. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer for Arthurian Life Sciences Ltd. Prior to that, he was vice chairman of Toronto-Dominion Bank, based in London, where he was in charge of all the bank’s activities in Europe and Asia-Pacific regions. In addition, he has been a board director of a $5bn market cap financial services company, of a Nasdaq-listed private equity company, and of several other early and mid-stage investment companies.
Yaacov is a veteran US-Israeli Hi-tech entrepreneur. He started a new business unit within Applicom Systems, where he was responsible for closing multimillion dollar deals with IBM, Apple, HP and other major U.S. IT companies. As the founder of PictureVision, he pioneered to the mass market convenience of sharing photographs over the Internet. Yaacov holds a BSC in Computer Science and Robotics from the Jerusalem College of Technology.

Prior to Interrad Medical, Joe had 20 years of business experience at GFI, a privately held food manufacturing company. Joe attended the University of Minnesota, focusing his studies in the areas of business and political science.

Jeff Killion has over 25 years of experience in the medical industry, most recently as Vice President of Marketing at Velocimed (acquired by St. Jude Medical). Previously, Jeff was Group Marketing Manager for the Taxus drug-eluting stent at Boston Scientific. Prior to that, Jeff worked for Baxter Healthcare. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Laura brings over 15 years of experience in education and medical device commercialization strategy. Prior to joining Interrad Medical, Laura worked for Teleflex in their Vascular Access Division. She is active in several medical organizations including the Society of Critical Care Medicine, Infusion Nursing Society and the Association of Vascular Access. She served on the Association of Vascular Access Scientific Meeting Design Team twice. Laura has a Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College, and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business with concentrations in International Business and Marketing.
Mark brings over 20 years of financial management experience in the medical device industry, most recently with Integer Holdings Corp. through their acquisition of Lake Region Medical. Prior to that, Mark held roles in finance at Zimmer Spine. Mark is highly experienced in financial planning and analysis, global controllership, strategic planning and M&A. He holds a BA in Economics from Augsburg University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
Ryan is a highly experienced medical device leader with over 20 years of experience in Engineering and Operations. Most recently with SANUWAVE (previously Celleration, Alliqua, Celularity) he has provided technical leadership for medical devices and novel technologies from concept to commercialization. Ryan has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Calvin College.
Dr. Symington has 30 years of experience as board certified diagnostic and interventional radiologist. His practice, Inland Imaging in Spokane Washington, is a highly sub-specialized group of 55 radiologists with 7 interventional radiologists. He has been specializing in venous access methods and devices for the past 21 years and is the Director of Venous Access for Providence Health Eastern Division Washington State. Ken is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Vascular Access. He has presented at several national and international meetings on various interventional radiology and vascular access topics and created the “Sweet-Spot” catheter tip assessment method.
